How does the holding orders feature work?
You can place any active order on hold with one tap, freeing the terminal to serve the next customer or table. Held orders can be recalled instantly and billing completed when the customer is ready.
How do bundle deals work at the point of sale?
Bundles are created as combined items with a set price. At checkout they appear as a single product with the bundle name — the cashier doesn’t need to add each item separately.
Does Visiro iPOS work offline?
Yes, Visiro iPOS is a fully offline system. Your business keeps running even without internet. Data syncs to the cloud automatically when you reconnect.
Can I manage multiple cashier counters?
Our system supports unlimited terminals. You can add as many counters as your business needs — each additional terminal is available at an extra charge.
Is training provided?
Yes, we provide training for all customers. Your first year includes free training as part of your software purchase. After that, if you’re on our Annual Support Plan, you get unlimited training sessions at no extra cost. If on-site training at your location is needed, a transport charge will apply.
